Implementation of Retired Status Delayed

Although the CBA had originally anticipated that licensees would have the opportunity to start applying for a retired license status beginning January 1, 2013, a need has arisen that required the CBA to modify the regulations and push this date back until July 1, 2014. The reason for this delay is because of the transition by all Department of Consumer Affairs' boards and bureaus to a new electronic licensing and enforcement system known as BreEZe.
