• WAIT: When verifying a license, on the Search Results page, you MUST click on the name of the licensee to view all information related to the license. Specifically, this allows you to view the definitions of the licensee's status. For example, the CANCELLED status means that the license has been voluntarily cancelled or that the license had been expired for at least 3 years and had not been renewed. No practice is permitted, unless under the authority of a Dispensing Audiology License.
