Continuing Education

Effective March 1, 2004, the Hearing Aid Dispensers Bureau will no longer provide status updates on completed continuing education hours. It is the responsibility of each hearing aid dispenser to track their individual continuing education hours, in addition to being in compliance with the laws and regulations governing hearing aid dispenser licensure.

Note: These forms are designed so they can be filled in on-line and then printed for mailing.
