Q. How do I renew my license?
A. Renewal notices are automatically sent to your last address of record approximately 90 days prior to the expiration date.

If you did not receive a notice, submit to the bureau the appropriate renewal fee, name, license number, current business and home address, and certify whether or not you have completed 9 hours of bureau approved continuing education for the previous calendar year. An additional $25.00 delinquent fee must be submitted if your renewal is mailed after your expiration date. You are responsible for timely renewal of your license whether or not you receive a renewal notice.

Q. How do I renew my delinquent license?
A. If your license has been delinquent for less than one year, submit to the bureau the $280.00 renewal fee and $25.00 delinquent fee, name, license number, current business and home address, and self-certify whether or not you have completed 9 hours of bureau approved continuing education for the previous calendar year. If your license is delinquent more then 1 year, contact the bureau.
