E-mail List Use Policy

The California Department of Consumer Affairs distributes informational e-mail consumer advisories periodically to Consumer Update subscribers. Subscribers can opt in to receive information on all topics, or opt in to receive updates in one or more interested areas. Updates on one topic may also include supplemental information on related topics. E-mail addresses and other information submitted with a Consumer Update subscription will only be used by the Department of Consumer Affairs for the purpose of distributing Consumer Updates and will not be provided to third parties. Subscribers wishing to remove themselves from any list may opt out by using the "Unsubscribe" link in the Consumer Update e-mail message.
