Professional Licensing - Browser Requirements - Security

Steps to ensure the browser is set to accept cookies:

Internet Explorer (6.0 or 7.0):

  • Open Internet Explorer
  • Click on TOOLS
  • Click on INTERNET OPTIONS
  • Click on the SECURITY tab
  • Select the INTERNET Web content zone
  • Click on the DEFAULT LEVEL button
  • Click on the PRIVACY tab
  • Click on the DEFAULT button
  • Click OK

Firefox:

  • Open Firefox
  • Click on Tools
  • Click on Options
  • Click on the Privacy tab
  • Make sure Accept Cookies from sites is selected
  • Click OK
