Board of Barbering and Cosmetology Online Licensing

The Online Professional Licensing System is available for Barbers, Cosmetologists, Electrologists, Estheticians, and Manicurists to submit initial applications, renew licenses, request nonphotographic duplicate licenses, and to make address changes.

Note: Pre-applications are not available online at this time

Re-examination Applications:
BBC is not accepting re-examination applications online at this time. Please mail your application along with the appropriate fees to the address listed on your application.
