The Online Professional Licensing System is available for psychology applicants to apply for a license, licensed psychologists to renew their license, request duplicate licenses (pocket), and to make address changes.

Applicants applying based on an Out-of-State license must submit an application for psychology licensure via mail. For a copy of the application please visit the Board's website at http://www.psychboard.ca.gov/licensee/licpsych.shtml.
