California Board of Registered Nursing Online Licensing

The Online Professional Licensing System is available for permanently licensed California Registered Nurses to renew licenses and certifications, request duplicate licenses, and make address changes.

Applicants seeking first time licensure by endorsement (reciprocity) may begin the application process online.
