Applicant - COVID FAQs
Will the CBA accept official transcripts mailed by the applicant?
Yes, however, to be considered official, the transcript must be in the original envelope sealed by the U.S. educational institution. If the transcript is not sealed, it will be considered unofficial.
Will the CBA accept transcripts from a third party transcript provider (e.g., Parchment, Credential Solutions, National Student Clearinghouse, etc.)?
Yes. We will accept a transcript mailed directly from a third party provider recognized by your college/university. To be considered official, a transcript must be provided to us in a sealed, unopened envelope.
Will the CBA accept a transcript sent through email or some other electronic method?
Not at this time. Email is not sufficiently secure to safeguard the personal information contained on a transcript and we cannot verify the authenticity of emailed transcripts.
The CBA is currently exploring options to accept transcripts sent directly by a college/university or recognized third party provider through a secure, online service.
