Veterans Auto and Education Improvement Act

The Veterans Auto and Education Improvement Act (the Act) was signed into law on January 5, 2023. The Act, also known as Public Law No. 117-333, permits, among other things, professional portability of most professional licenses of military personnel and spouses between one state to another when that service member or spouse relocates because of military orders and satisfies the Act’s requirements.
