  1. Given the variety of operating systems and browsers, please check the "Browser Requirements" page, and use the steps provided to resolve your technical issue.

You may also call Technical Support at (916) 574-8020 during normal business hours, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (except Holidays). Please Be Advised!: The Technical Support team cannot assist you with licensing questions, ONLY TECHNICAL ISSUES.

IMPORTANT! Please provide detailed information about your problem, so that we can assist you promptly. If you do not provide a correct email address, you will not get a response. Your email service's spam filter may block return responses to you from dca.ca.gov. Some filters return emails to the sender instead of delivering them to a bulk folder. If your spam filter does this, you will need to add dca.ca.gov to your filter's white list. To learn how, please consult your email program's help files or customer service department.
