Levi Hull

Compliance and Equity Officer

Levi Hull was appointed Compliance and Equity Officer in April 2025. Before his appointment, he served as the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Officer at the Department of Consumer Affairs beginning in 2022, providing strategic oversight of EEO programs across DCA’s 36 boards and bureaus. From 2019 to 2022, he served as Assistant Deputy Director of the Office of Civil Rights at the Department of Health Care Services. He was previously Deputy Chief of the Compliance and Audits Office at the California Department of Public Health from 2016 to 2019, and a Senior Discrimination Complaint Investigator at the Department of Transportation from 2014 to 2016.
