About BreEZe

The Department of Consumer Affairs (DCA) is very excited to announce "Release 1" of BreEZe - our new enterprise licensing and enforcement system! BreEZe is revolutionizing the way we do business, the way our licensees and license applicants do business with us, and the way consumers interact with us. After all three releases are complete, BreEZe will be the largest enterprise licensing and enforcement solution in the world, bringing with it improved access to our services, greater ease of use for our stakeholders and improved back-office functionality that will greatly enhance our licensing and enforcement efficiency.

Specifically, BreEZe will improve data quality, replace old technology, and bring DCA's services to the web for customer self-service. The BreEZe services below will be phased in as our Boards, Bureaus, and Committees complete their migration (see individual Board/Bureau/Committee website for more information).

What services will be available on-line with BreEZe?

The DCA Boards/Bureaus/Committees below (Release 1) currently use BreEZe for "Filing a Complaint" and "Public License Search". Some Boards/Bureaus/Committees will allow you to apply for certain licenses and/or renew licenses online.
