Biennial Report to Legislature

Pursuant to Business and Professions Code § 472.4 the Arbitration Certification Program (ACP) is required to submit a biennial report to the Legislature evaluating the effectiveness of the Certification of Third-Party Dispute Resolution Processes for New Motor Vehicles.
