Online Public Records Act Request

Requesting Records

The California Public Records Act (PRA) gives every person the right to access public records unless they are exempt from disclosure. Requests for records may be submitted electronically or verbally. However, electronic requests are encouraged to better assist the Arbitration Certification Program (ACP) with processing the request.

Within 10 days, ACP will reply to the request, confirming whether it has the requested records and provide an estimated date the records will be available.

Cost

If there is a cost for fees or staff time associated with your request, you will be notified. For more information, please review the California Public Records Act which can be found in the California Government Code Sections 7920-7931.
