Arbitration Certification Program - Online Public Records Act (PRA) Request Form
To submit a Public Records Act (PRA) request to the appropriate DCA entity, visit the DCA website at https://www.dca.ca.gov/about_us/entities.shtml to obtain their contact information.
To submit a Public Records Act request directly to DCA that is not for a specific entity under DCA, utilize the "Contact Us" form on DCA's website at https://www.dca.ca.gov/about_us/contactus.html.
Requesting Records
The California Public Records Act (PRA) gives every person the right to access public records unless they are exempt from disclosure. Requests for records may be submitted electronically or verbally. However, electronic requests are encouraged to better assist the ACP with processing the request.
Response Time
Within 10 days, ACP will provide a written response confirming whether it has the requested records and, if there are records, ACP will provide an estimated date the records will be produced.
Cost
If there is a cost for the production of records, you will be notified in advance. For more information, please review the California Public Records Act which can be found in the California Government Code Sections 7920-7931.
