Browser Hard-Refresh Instructions

Many browsers will need to be hard-refreshed in order for the newly reimagined CBA website to appear on your screen properly. Please find your browser in the list below, and perform the indicated keyboard combination.

If you are using Chrome or Firefox on Windows: Hold CTRL+ F5

If you are using Edge on Windows: Hold CTRL + Fn + F5

If you are using Chrome or Firefox on Mac: Hold SHIFT + COMMAND + R

If you are using Safari on: Mac: Hold COMMAND +OPTION + E to empty the cache, then hold down Shift and click Reload in the toolbar

If you are using Safari on an iPhone or iPad: There is no shortcut to force a cache refresh. You can erase the browser’s cache in Settings.
