CBA PUBLIC COUNTER CLOSED DUE TO COVID-19
Due to recommendations and guidance from local and state health officials to help prevent the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), the California Board of Accountancy’s (CBA) office is closed to the public until further notice.
During this time you may experience some delays in reaching our staff. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience. For the fastest service, please contact our staff by email.
PACKAGE AND MAIL DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
The CBA is currently unable to accept mail (including applications and payments, for example) or other deliveries at its office. Instead, please send all mail and deliveries to:

ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT SUBMISSION AND RENEWAL PAYMENT OPTION
An individual may scan and email any document to the CBA, except for:
- Transcripts and Foreign Credential Evaluations
- Applications for Initial CPA Licensure

Given the current events surrounding COVID-19 and the impact it is having on travel, meetings/conferences, and other facets of our work and personal lives, the CBA will be working to accommodate requests from applicants and licensees as it relates to extensions for examination-related matters or license renewal-related requirements.
