Submitting Your Transcripts to the CBA

Applicants can submit official transcripts one of three ways:

  • Request official, paper transcripts to be sent directly from your school to the CBA.
  • Obtain official, sealed transcripts and submit them with your CPA Exam Application or CPA Licensing Application.
  • Order an electronic transcript to be sent to the CBA by an approved provider.

Providers for Electronic Delivery of Transcripts

The California Board of Accountancy accepts electronic delivery of official transcripts from the providers listed below. It is your college/university that determines what official provider to use for submission of official transcripts. If your college/university does not use one of these of these providers, please email examinfo@cba.ca.gov and provide the name of your school’s provider so that the CBA may explore using them in the future.
