MMA Licensing Process Ahead of Schedule

SACRAMENTO – Applicants for licenses for Mixed Martial Arts may submit a request via e-mail or fax to the Commission beginning today.
Otherwise, the timeline outlined in the December 7, 2005 press release remains the same. Ability to download applications from the Commission web page is still scheduled for on or about January 9, 2006. The timeline for processing applications and event scheduling also remains the same. There will be no MMA events before March 1, 2006.

Please include your name, mailing address and other contact information and the type of application and information that you would like forwarded to you.
Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee that you will receive the license that you are applying for. You must meet the licensing requirements and be approved by the Commission.
